Shipping
We ship throughout Germany via parcel service.
Orders placed before 12 am, will be shipped the same day. Delivery is usually within 24 hours. In individual cases, there may be delays. We reserve the right to ship your order on pallets by truck. This is primarily the case for particularly large orders. The delivery will then take place within 10 days, but usually much faster.
Shipping costs
For every order, we charge you € 0.75* transport insurance. For orders with a net value of less than € 95.00* we charge additional € 5.00* transport costs.
- Below € 95.00* net order value = € 5.75* shipping costs.
- From € 95.00* net order value = € 0.75* shipping costs.

Terms of payment
Our general term of payment is 14 days net. If the payment deadline is exceeded, reminder fees and default interest in the legally permissible amount will be incurred.
For new customers, we offer:
- Payment in advance. The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. From the third order onwards, delivery against an open invoice (subject to creditworthiness) is possible.
- SEPA basic direct debit mandate with a 2% discount. The direct debit takes place approx. 10-14 days after the invoice date.
- On open account from the third order onwards. Invoice amount payable 14 days net without discount.
