2. Registration and contract processing

2.1. Registration

You have several options to order from us, for example:

  • Online shop
  • By phone
  • By email
  • By fax

All of these options require a prior registration with us.

The following mandatory information is collected during registration:

  • Gender
  • Name of the purchaser
  • Email of the purchaser
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Phone No.
  • Managing director / owner
  • VAT no. and/or tax no.
  • Password for access to the online customer account

Furthermore, you have the option to enter the following additional information:

  • Fax No.
  • Phone no. of the purchaser
  • General email address of the company
  • Commercial register
  • Commercial register No.

We process your data so that we can process your order, send you your order and, if necessary, process returns, complaints and warranty claims.

The password is only stored encrypted on our server and is used exclusively for authentication in the login process.

2.2. Online customer account / Login online shop

To view our online catalogue, place orders, edit customer data or view invoices, you must log in to your customer account.

After successful registration as described under point 2.1, your access to the online customer account will be activated after your data has been checked. You will then receive a customer number from us by email. This, together with the password you provided during registration, forms the access data to your online customer account.

2.3. Contact

There are various ways for you to get in touch with us.

These would be on the one hand our contact form, email or fax. Furthermore, you can also contact us by phone. In this context, we process your data exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you.

The data collected will be deleted after your request has been fully processed, unless we still need your request to fulfil contractual or legal obligations. You can find more details under point 8 of this data protection declaration.

2.4 Payment data

We offer various payment methods, including direct debit, invoice or prepayment. Depending on which payment method you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment in order to process payments. Without this payment data, the payment and contract processing is not possible.

3. Surveys

If you participate in one of our surveys, we will use your data for market and opinion research. We always use the data anonymously for internal purposes. If, in deviation from this, surveys are not conducted anonymously, the personal data will only be collected with your consent. The GDPR does not apply to anonymous surveys.
